Xiaozhu Zhou
Xiaozhu (from China) studied clinical medicine (cardiology) at Nanjing Medical University in China and joined the IVS as a PHD student funded by the Chinese Scholarship Council. She obtained her MD degree in 2019 and is currently completing her PhD (supervisors Prof. Dr. Ingrid Fleming and Dr. Mauro Siragusa) looking at the role of the endothelial nitric oxide (NO) synthase on the regulation of gene expression during the development of cardiovascular disease.
